Job summary

ResMed seeks a Customer Service Representative to support the ANZ market from Kuala Lumpur on a 4-month fixed-term basis. You will handle orders, returns, credits, and inquiries using ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong English communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is required, with a detail-oriented, customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, returns, credits and rental requests in Oracle/Salesforce.
• Enter data accurately and respond to inquiries promptly by phone, email, or fax.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to supervision when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient/customer records and ensure pricing approvals.
• Collaborate across internal departments to resolve requests and meet SLAs.
