Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Sales Enablement & Process Excellence Intern to support optimization of sales operations across Distributor and Direct Sales channels in a fast-paced telecom environment. You will document processes, develop SOPs, and assist in dashboards and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and governance.

The internship offers exposure to business analytics, process improvement, and channel enablement, with hands-on tasks and a 6-month duration starting in September.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in relevant analytics/ business field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau and automation tools is a plus.
