Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Business Analyst Intern within the Consumer Go-To-Market (GTM) team in Kuala Lumpur. You will gain hands-on experience supporting requirements gathering, process documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic corporate environment.

The role offers exposure to real-world business operations, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery while working closely with business teams, product owners, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Previous academic or internship experience related to business analysis is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation Support & Documentation: assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Current-State Process Mapping: assist in documenting and analysing existing business processes and workflows.
• Data Collection & Basic Analysis: collect, validate, and organize business data; perform basic analysis.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordination: support planning and coordination; prepare test scenarios and cases.
• Research & Analysis Support: conduct research and gather information to support initiatives.
• Value-Added Project: participate in multiple product launches and process improvements within GTM team.
