Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in the Consumer Business Division to gain hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic corporate environment.

You will support workshops, document business needs, and assist with data collection and basic analysis to drive project delivery. This internship offers exposure to real-world operations and stakeholder interactions in a leading Malaysian telco.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business Admin, IS, CS, Economics, Engineering).
• Interest in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Academic or internship experience in business analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect and organize data; prepare reports and insights.
• Coordinate UAT activities; draft scenarios and test cases.
• Support research and benchmarking for project initiatives.
