Qualifications

• Interest in digital services, customer experience, marketing operations, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital content services, partner operations, and marketing campaign governance.
• Assist in customer journey validation and billing-related activities.
• Help with audit reporting and compliance monitoring for content partners.
• Prepare operational reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
