Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Sales Process Excellence Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting AI-driven sales enablement initiatives, Salesforce Agentforce solutions, and digital proposal automation within a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Digital and Technology teams, learn enterprise digital transformation, AI workflow development, and documentation, and contribute to cross-functional projects that impact real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, automation tools, or low-code development platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform process mapping and produce clear technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Agentforce & AI Workflow Support: configure, test, and document Salesforce Agentforce solutions; help refine AI-powered workflows for enterprise order submissions.
• Digital Proposal Automation: support digitalisation of Lead-to-Order journeys; assist in proposal creation and submission processes; map and document digital workflows.
• Solution-Based Product Automation: assist in automated submission logic for connectivity, cloud, and IoT solutions; validate workflow logic; monitor improvements.
• User Acceptance Testing & Stakeholder Support: conduct UAT for new features; collect feedback; assist with issue tracking and deployment readiness.
• Enablement & Documentation: prepare user guides, training materials, and enablement documentation; support cross-functional adoption activities.
