Job summary

Ouji in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations Executive (Contract, potential for permanent) to monitor regional sell-out KPIs and lead in-store execution. You will coordinate TLs and promoters, track performance, and drive improvements in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales operations or trade marketing, FMCG exposure preferred, travel within region, and weekend/off-day availability (Sunday and Monday).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years' experience in sales operations, field sales, or trade marketing (FMCG preferred)
• Experience managing field teams/TLs/promoters is an advantage
• Willing to travel within the assigned region
• Comfortable with off days on Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive sell-out KPIs to achieve regional sales targets
• Lead, coordinate, and audit TLs and promoters for strong in-store execution
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and follow up on improvements
• Execute trade activations and in-store promotions (B2C activities included)
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Merchandising for campaign alignment
• Analyze regional sales data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Prepare clear reports and insights for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and trade standards
