Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Sales Operations Manager to oversee daily sales across retail boutiques and department stores in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor performance and drive strategies to achieve targets.

You'll plan and execute marketing campaigns, coach store personnel, ensure efficient stock management, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and partners. Regular store visits and clear sales reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with good problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and visit assigned outlets regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily sales operations across retail boutiques and departmental stores.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Coach, train, and motivate store personnel, including Supervisors, PICs, and Promoters.
• Ensure effective stock management, inventory control, and timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Maintain strong relationships with store management, landlords, and business partners.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational efficiency, merchandising standards, and sales activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
