Job summary

Ouji Seiyaku (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive on a contract basis with potential for permanent placement. You will monitor regional sell-out KPIs, lead field teams, and drive in-store activation across multiple campaigns in Malaysia.

Role requires 1–3 years in sales operations or related FMCG fields, willingness to travel within the region, and availability on Sundays/Mondays off. The group has a global footprint and a diverse product range under its Whealthfields umbrella.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales operations, field sales, or trade marketing (FMCG preferred).
• Experience managing field teams/TLs/promoters is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.
• Comfortable with off days on Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive sell-out KPIs to achieve regional sales targets.
• Lead, coordinate, and audit TLs and promoters for strong in-store execution.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and follow up on improvements.
• Execute trade activations and in-store promotions (B2C activities included).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Merchandising for campaign alignment.
• Analyze regional sales data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear reports and insights for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and trade standards.
