Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced executive support/sales coordination professional for a manufacturing environment. You will interact with customers and internal teams, manage MES systems, and drive sales operations with precision.

The role requires strong communication, rigorous multitasking, and professional discretion to maintain excellent customer relations and efficient process flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in executive support or sales coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay calm under pressure.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to generate new business.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Coordinate customer requirements, sample requests, quotes, and delivery lead times.
• Supervise daily sales department operations and optimize administrative procedures.
• Manage the MES system and ensure accuracy supporting business operations.
• Ensure timely submission of sales admin reports and monitor job sheets.
• Coach staff to maximize efficiency and communicate across departments.
• Verify quotations and sales confirmations with customers promptly.
• Handle sales inquiries via phone, mail, and email with professionalism.
• Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to maximize satisfaction.
• Follow artwork development and cylinder sales confirmations with customers and makers.
• Review amendments to Job Sheets and orders before production.
• Prepare details for new job development and pass messages to the team.
• Review material forecast processes according to customer needs.
• Supervise sales, marketing, and customer care functions and logistics coordination.
• Comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000 and OH&S/environment standards.

Education

Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
