Qualifications

• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and purchasing support including inventory planning.
• Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate local deliveries.
• Handle petty cash and Accounts Receivable/Payable as needed.
• Monitor production scheduling for OEM projects to optimize inventory planning.
• Ensure completeness of billing documents and proper filing of records.
• Maintain neat and secure office premises and warehouse areas.
• Perform administration duties and assist in adhoc tasks as required.
