Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the sales team in achieving targets and to coordinate daily showroom operations. You will manage customer samples, CRM data, quotations, and inquiries; coordinate with departments to ensure orders and deliveries proceed smoothly; and help with product presentations and training.

A strong organisator with excellent communication and a customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple orders and follow-ups.
Customer-service minded with strong communication via phone and email.
Good at coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth orders.
Comfortable with administrative work and CRM systems.
Willing to learn technical products and explain them to customers.

Responsibilities

Support sales representatives in achieving sales targets.
Coordinate daily sales activities and showroom operations.
Maintain customer samples, records, and CRM data accurately.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, and customer requests.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders and deliveries are completed smoothly.
Handle customer queries and help maintain good customer satisfaction.
Learn the company's products, technical specifications, and processes.
Assist with product presentations, training, and educational sessions.
Make follow-up calls to customers regarding quotations, orders, new products, and company updates.
Keep customers informed about the latest products and relevant company information.
