Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Malaysia's Penang region. The role focuses on day-to-day sales support for indirect accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and responsive customer service.

You will liaise with internal teams and vendor resources to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with exposure to ERP systems and a commitment to high service levels.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting indirect sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts with indirect sales.
• Process routine/smaller customer orders accurately and timely; review POs for accuracy and specifications.
• Respond to customer requests for order updates, invoicing, RMAs, and confirmations; document properly in ERP.
• Maintain backlog and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and claims; collaborate with shared services as needed.
