Job summary

New Britain Palm Oil in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery and coordinate with Production, Finance and Logistics to ensure accurate documentation and timely fulfillment.

You will support forecasting, consolidate customer requirements, monitor performance against budgets, and prepare reports/dashboards on volume, revenue and market trends, while maintaining CRM data and sales pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Finance or other relevant disciplines.
• 2-3 years experiences in related field.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, reporting or data-management systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer sales orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Ensure pricing, product, quantity, delivery schedule and supporting documents are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery requirements with Production and relevant teams.
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on fulfilment.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for domestic and export markets.
• Consolidate customer requirements to support production planning.
• Monitor actual sales against Budget, Forecast and prior-year performance.
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards covering volume, revenue, customers, product mix and market performance.
• Maintain customer information, sales records, CRM/database and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
