Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan ProTalent Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Sales Operations Executive in our Penang-based food manufacturing partner facility. You will process sales orders, input e-commerce sales, and coordinate with internal teams and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent, strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and the ability to work independently with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fast learner with high attention to detail.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Process confirmed sales posted by Sales team into system (issues sales order).
• Input e-commerce sales at the frequency set by management.
• Coordinate with relevant department to confirm inventory availability and fulfil orders (expiration dates or batch requests).
• Liaise with logistics to schedule deliveries for all Sales Orders.
• Summarize all logistics expenses for management's analysis.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and support related sales activities.
• Ensure all Sales Orders are cleared on time.
• Liaise with account executive on updates of customers' profiles.
• Assist operations to fulfil orders and create delivery orders when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or sales manager.
