Sumiputeh Steel Centre Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam seeks a Sales Executive to support the Automotive Sales Team in daily sales operations, documentation, data analysis, and reporting. You will prepare and maintain sales documents and coordinate with Production, Logistics, QC/QA, and Finance to ensure smooth processes.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, accuracy in sales records, and the ability to prepare quotations and process orders.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales administration or sales support is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to summarize data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, update, and maintain sales-related documents (PSI lists, sales reports).
• Compile, analyze, and summarize sales data to support operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Monitor and maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Assist in preparing quotations and processing customer orders; coordinate delivery schedules.
