Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad (A member of OSK Group) is seeking a professional to handle sales support and master control for assigned projects. You will ensure ebooking accuracy and monitor sales conversions to meet budgetary goals.

The role requires liaising with customers, solicitors, bankers and authorities, plus timely preparation of sales reports and handling commissions and incentives. You will also review documentation and participate in events as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in property industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales support and master control for assigned projects.
• Ensure sales/data entries in ebooking system are accurate and track sales conversions within the timeframe.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers and authorities to achieve sales budget.
• Prepare weekly, sales performance and quarterly reports; issue Notice of Release to buyers.
• Monitor budget provisions for promotional packages and incentives.
• Process agent commissions and marketing incentives as required.
• Regularly review ebooking system workflow and sales procedures for improvements.
• Attend sales events/roadshows and respond to customer inquiries.

Education

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
