Job summary

OSK Syariah Capital Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales professional to promote and sell the company’s products. You will drive new business with a goal of 50 qualified prospects per month and close deals to hit RM140,000 monthly or 15 units, with a 1:5 close ratio.

You will participate in roadshows and after-sales service reporting, while conducting market research and providing feedback to improve offerings. Minimum 2 years in personal financing is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Islamic Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in personal financing industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate a minimum of 50 qualified prospects per month for sales presentations.
• Meet monthly sales targets of RM140,000 or 15 sales units with a 1:5 closing ratio.
• Participate in road shows / exhibitions as required.
• Service all recruited members professionally and submit weekly after-sales service reports.
• Execute all sales activities and implement strategies in a timely manner.
• Follow up with the Head, Sales Team to close deals with unsold prospects.
• Achieve at least 100 effective outreach contacts each month.
• Conduct market research of product offerings and provide feedback.

Job description

This role will be responsible to promote and sell products offering by the company and/or its business partners.

Your responsibilities will be:

A minimum 50 qualified prospects per month to the deck / branch / on-line for sales presentations.

To meet the monthly sales targets of RM140,000 or 15 sales units with a closing ratio of 1:5 of the total tour / prospect presented.

*Sales targets & quotas will be reviewed from time to time at the discretion of the company.

Participate in road shows / exhibitions as and when required.

To service all members recruited in a professional manner and submit after-sales service report weekly.

Participate in all organized sales activities & implement all sales strategies in a timely and effective manner.

To closely follow up with the Head, Sales Team and coordinate efforts to close deals with unsold prospects.

To achieve a minimum of 100 effective outreach contacts each month.

Conduct market research of product offering and provide feedback to the company.

Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Diploma / Degree in Islamic Banking or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years' experience in personal financing industry.
