Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Support professional to coordinate daily sales operations and serve as the main liaison between customers and the sales team. This role includes preparing reports, KPIs, forecasts, and turnover figures.

You will manage sales orders, pricing updates, quotations, and customer requests, monitor trends, coordinate delivery with internal teams, and handle returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration / Business Management / Marketing; or 1 year or more of related working experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented and team player.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in ERP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations and coordinate activities across departments.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and the sales team.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, forecasts, and turnover reports.
• Manage sales orders, pricing updates, quotations, and customer requests.
• Monitor sales trends and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment arrangements with internal teams.
• Handle customer returns (RGA) and order-related issues promptly.
• Communicate Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and New Product Introductions (NPI) to customers.
• Assist in demand forecasting and sales planning activities.
• Maintain organized sales documentation and filing systems.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
