Job summary

Bajun Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Sales and Operations Executive to join our Airbnb and short-term rental operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle guest enquiries, convert them into bookings, manage reservations, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs with housekeeping and maintenance.

The ideal candidate communicates well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a proactive, sales-driven attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage bookings.
• Basic computer skills and English plus Bahasa Malaysia fluency.
• Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, hotel reservations or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, customer-oriented and sales-driven individual to join our growing Airbnb and short-term rental operations team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and problem-solving skills, a positive working attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves handling guest enquiries, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, managing reservations, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, monitoring room availability and pricing, and working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, hotel reservations, customer service or sales is an advantage, but not compulsory. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Basic computer skills and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. The ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds is an added advantage.

We value reliability, initiative, teamwork, accountability and a willingness to take ownership of daily tasks. Candidates should also be willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the assigned schedule.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month.
