Job summary

KANDA INDUSTRIES (M) SDN. BHD is seeking a Customer Service & Order Coordinator to ensure accurate handling of customer orders, quotations, invoices and sales documents.

You will work closely with Design, Production, QC and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain sales records. Based in Bandar Rinching, Semenyih, Selangor, you’ll engage via WhatsApp, email, and calls, provide product information, handle inquiries, and build strong customer relationships while contributing to

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related sales documents.
• Ensure all order details are complete before submission to production.
• Update and maintain sales records and order tracking systems.
• Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and order updates.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales databases and prepare sales reports.
• Follow up on quotations and potential leads and assist in upselling.
