Job summary

Raintree Medical Sdn Bhd – Kota Kemuning, Selangor is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. You will ensure orders, quotations, sales documentation, deliveries and related activities are processed accurately and efficiently.

The role requires strong coordination with customers, sales reps, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and other relevant documentation.
• Follow up on customer orders and provide updates on order status, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor outstanding orders and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales administration and coordination.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Handle customer requests and complaints appropriately and elevate issues to the relevant department or manager when necessary.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide prompt follow-up.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the management that are within the scope of the position.
