Job summary

Sateri (China) Fibre Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will collect orders from the Sales Team, check pricing and approvals, and enter orders into SAP.

You will release quotations, convert them to Sales Orders, and manage LC and payments for order releases to the mill. The role requires strong administrative skills, experience with sales reports, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
• Experience in sales administration or a similar role is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure accuracy of sales-related equipment or materials.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
• Process all sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Monitor progress of the sales team and suggest improvements.
• Prepare operation reports and related documentation.
