Job summary

Henkel in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to partner with the commercial organization and enable the sales team to operate efficiently. You will handle master data, pricing administration, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across SAP, Salesforce, and other systems.

You will also support leadership with travel, meetings, and event logistics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the regional sales team in the Asia Pacific region.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business or related field and strong analytical ability.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce; strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with master data management and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales operations including quotations, pricing requests, and inquiries.
• Manage customer and product master data across Salesforce, SAP and other systems.
• Maintain pricing information and coordinate with Finance on rebates and processes.
• Prepare sales and operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Provide data insights and reporting support to regional sales teams."
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics and other stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for internal/external inquiries and issue resolution.
• Support sales meetings, leadership reviews, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate customer visits, regional events, and conferences.
• Ensure timely execution of requests across the APEC region.
