The role includes supporting online platforms like Lazada/Shopee and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Formación

• 1–2 years of coordination or sales experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic inventory or procurement systems.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Administration: Process and manage customer orders, invoices, and sales documentation; liaise with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
• Operations Coordination: Work with sales, logistics, and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries; manage shipments and warehouse coordination.
• General Administration & Support: Prepare reports, maintain filing, and support internal communications.
• Online: Support Lazada/Shopee online sales and marketing.
