Job summary

Premier Hytemp Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative, operational and coordination support to the Sales Team at Gelang Patah, Malaysia. The role acts as a key contact for customers, ensuring accurate information flow and timely responses to enquiries to maximise the sales team's productivity.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline, with experience in sales administration or customer service being advantageous, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales Administration or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service or order processing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely, professional and helpful responses to enquiries.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate the flow of information between customers and internal departments.
• Manage routine coordination tasks, follow-ups and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to review customer orders and ensure all required information is complete before processing.
• Review customer Purchase Orders (POs), product specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to verify the completeness and accuracy of all required line-item information.
• Prepare and submit weekly open order reports to the customer.
