Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Admin to support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.

Based in Seri Kembangan, you will manage emails, calls, and client follow-ups, coordinate meetings, and help ensure accurate pricing, products, and customer records.

Ideal candidates have a diploma, 1–2 years' admin or sales support experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1–2 years in admin, secretarial, or sales support roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
