ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an organised administrative professional to support the Commercial Channel Sales & Product Management Department. You will consolidate daily action summaries, maintain customer databases, and prepare monthly sales reports to inform management decisions.

Formación

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Level / Pre-U or equivalent (or its international equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong administrative or internship experience are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with computer systems and databases.
• Able to perform well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently yet also a strong team player.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, multitask, proactive in problem-solving.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Channel Sales & Product Management Department.
• Consolidate, analyze, and distribute daily action summaries to management, highlighting key tasks, follow-ups, and progress.
• Maintain and update the customer database: input new profiles, amendments, and track changes.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Track and report sales expenses; consolidate, reconcile, and highlight variances.
• Maintain promotional and incentive databases: record invoices, rebate/“bill-back” data, and monitor promotional claims.
• Serve as a liaison for product, promotion, and pricing inquiries: clarify customer requests, source the correct reference materials, and respond or elevate as appropriate.
• Generate and share sales-vs-projection (forecast vs actual) reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate sample shipments: prepare requests, arrange logistics, and inform recipients.
• Support the creation of sales presentations by gathering data, designing slide formats, and preparing materials.
• Assist with ad hoc business or departmental tasks to achieve departmental or organizational goals.
