Job summary

ASUS is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive (Commercial Business) to assist the Commercial Sales team in day-to-day operations and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and other internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree holders in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Commercial Sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and other departments to support business activities.
• Prepare sales tracking, reports and materials for meetings and management reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records and business information.
• Independently follow up on outstanding matters and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
