Job summary

Eupe Corporation Berhad is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. You will handle the end-to-end sales administration, from booking to vacant possession and title transfer, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, property management, real estate or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant working experience is preferred but not compulsory.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for written and spoken communication.
• Willing to work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate the full spectrum of sales administration from booking to VP and title transfer.
• Process and monitor sales documents including SPA, booking forms, loan documents and related papers.
• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, sales agents and internal teams on sales matters.
• Monitor SPA signing, stamping, loan processing and other sales procedures for timely completion.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and databases and assist in management reports.
• Handle billing matters including progress billing, miscellaneous charges and follow-ups.
• Assist with VP, clearance letter, key collection and other post-sales admin tasks.
• Maintain records in Credit Admin systems and proper filing for audit purposes.
