Job summary

Sunsuria Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Sales Administration Executive to support loan processing, bookings, and documentation for sales conversions. You will coordinate with bankers, buyers, and internal departments to ensure accurate records and timely signing.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounts, 1–2 years experience in property development or related fields, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Bankers & Buyers for loan approval to expedite Sales Conversion.
• Facilitate the booking process & verify the declaration of sales packages.
• Follow up on overall Booked ageing units (internal sales team & agents).
• Coordinate with Banker on EF empanelment of new projects and monitor EF status.
• Coordinate and follow up on signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan documents.
• Liaise with solicitors, bankers and relevant departments to ensure documentation flow and timely signing.
• Prepare and verify all required documentation for sales conversion.
• Maintain records and data entry into eProDev; prepare reminders and receipts.
