QL Ansan Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd (QLAPF) in Kedah is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the sales team with accurate data, records, and reporting. You will coordinate across Operations, Logistics, Finance, QA/QC, and other departments to keep sales activities running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in business-related fields, strong MS Office and ERP familiarity, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with ERP or sales systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for customer databases, sales data, accounts receivable (AR), and marketing/trade marketing activities.
• Support the sales team by coordinating with Operations, Logistics, Finance, QA/QC, and other departments on sales-related matters.
• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the sales department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate communication and activities between Local and HQ Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Development, and E-Commerce teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales volume, channel performance, product categories, touch points, trade spending, promotion calendars, and market returns.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, reports, and supporting documents for the sales team.
• Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items and progress updates from respective PICs.
• Collect, compile, and consolidate market information and updates from local sales teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain organized records of reports, correspondence, and email communications.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on related matters professionally and promptly.
• Support the order entry team, when required, in preparing sales delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Provide support to Operations/Farm team on stock counts and other related tasks when necessary.
