Job summary

Cohu Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Operation Support to help validate orders, manage product data, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate order processing and timely releases.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, is a team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and can read schematics and blueprints. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints; knowledge of product structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and validate customer PO vs quotations for platforms or modules.
• Coordinate with Sales Support Engineer to align platform/modules data for orders.
• Work with Order Management to ensure timely order confirmation and fulfilment readiness.
• Coordinate with Document Controller and Engineering on new product creation for production release.
• Maintain records of project execution and follow up on new releases.

We are looking for a Sales Operation Support to join our team. In this role, you will support order validation, product data management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate order processing, timely product releases, and seamless order fulfilment.

Impact You Will Make

Review, interpret, and validate customer PO vs quotations of the platform, modules or option items

Communicate with Sales Support Engineer to manage and align for platform, modules or option items for transactable data preparation

Work closely with the Order Management team to ensure timely order confirmation and fulfilment readiness

Coordinate with Document controller and Engineering on the new product or item creation to replease for production release change order

Maintain records of project execution and follow-up pending of new release product or parts

Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time

Our Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Team player, ability to manage work independently and collaboratively in a team environment across different departments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints; understanding of product structures or manufacturing processes is a plus.

Experience working with ERP systems Oracle with BOM structure is highly preferred
