Love Earth Organic, a Malaysian brand exporting to over 10 markets, invites you to join our export operations team. You will coordinate export orders, manage shipping docs, and liaise with production, warehouse and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries to overseas distributors.

We welcome fresh graduates and offer exposure to international market research, distributor meetings, and participation in overseas trade exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of export documentation, logistics or international trade processes is an advantage but not required.
• Internship or working experience in FMCG, trading, logistics, supply chain, or export operations is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate export orders from order confirmation through shipment and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare and manage export and shipping documentation in accordance with international requirements.
• Liaise with production, warehouse, freight forwarders, and shipping lines on shipment schedules, freight quotations, bookings, and delivery tracking.
• Follow up on shipment progress and resolve operational issues to ensure orders reach overseas distributors smoothly.
• Support overseas distributors with order updates, product information, documentation, and day-to-day enquiries.
• Maintain export sales records, shipment trackers, and assist in monthly performance reports.
• Assist with international market research, distributor meetings and new market development activities.
• Support and participate in overseas trade exhibitions and business visits as opportunities arise.

Job Description

Coordinate export orders from order confirmation through shipment and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
