SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating property advertisements on various platforms, managing crucial data in Google Sheets, and adjusting rental pricing as needed. This role requires a high level of proficiency with Google Sheets formulas and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertisement Management:

- Update and maintain property advertisements on platforms such as Property Guru and 99.co.

- Upload new unit advertisements promptly and accurately.

- Adjust rental pricing on property listings as required to reflect current market conditions.

Data Management:

- Update Google Sheets where agents refer to for room closures and other relevant data.

- Ensure that all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.

- Utilize advanced Google Sheets formulas to manage and analyze property data efficiently

Previous experience in property management, data management, or administrative roles preferred. Experience with property platforms is a plus.

Skills:

Able to read, understand and communicate effectively in Chinese to communicate with Mandarin-speaking tenants, including PRC tenants.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

High proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
