Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor seeks a Sales & Marketing support professional to prepare quotations, assist in achieving targets, and coordinate from PO to delivery. You will help with exhibitions, market research, and export development, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills and MS Office proficiency.

Ideal for graduates with related experience; willing to work in Pasir Gudang and contribute to the group’s growth within the PSA ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
• Diploma or Degree holder with related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and follow up on quoted quotations.
• Assist superior in achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate from purchase order received to goods delivered.
• Assist superior in preparing exhibition and other promotional plans.
• Develop new export markets.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse data.
• Assist superior in conducting market research.
• Perform other tasks as required by Sales & Marketing Manager.

About you

Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree holder with related working experience.

Fluent speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.

Computer knowledge required – Microsoft Office.

Good interpersonal skills and analytical mind.

Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
