Job summary

COL® Shutters Sdn BHD in Batu Caves, Malaysia invites a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth by shaping sales and marketing strategies, expanding the customer base and strengthening relationships with contractors, consultants and dealers. The role requires close coordination with production and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, at least five years'

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in leading a sales team.
• Required language(s): English (Mandatory), Malay & Mandarin as candidates are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities

The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and strengthening market presence to achieve company sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

Our Fire Resistance roller shutters have been thoroughly tested and certified by all relevant parties and authorities including BOMBA Malaysia, SIRIM Malaysia, and Exova Warringtonfire (AUS) Pty Ltd. We are also a registered proprietor of the Malaysian Industrial Design Registration (No.MY 02-00360) for our Perforated Pin Hole roller shutter. All of these are a testament to the quality of our products, customer service as well as technological advancements.
