Job summary

COL SHUTTERS SDN. BHD. in Batu Caves, Malaysia, seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. You will prepare quotations, issue purchase orders, coordinate renovation projects and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely progress.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, maintain filing and documentation, and help keep project timelines on track while delivering reliable cross‑functional support across the team.

Qualifications

• Certificate or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Department. This role is responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating renovation projects, liaising with clients and contractors, following up on project progress and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
