Job summary

COL SHUTTERS SDN. BHD. in Batu Caves, Malaysia, seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. You will prepare quotations, issue purchase orders, coordinate renovation projects and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely progress.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, maintain filing and documentation, and help keep project timelines on track while delivering reliable cross‑functional support across the team.

Qualifications

• Certificate or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders and other related documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, project updates, approvals and payments.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate renovation and marketing projects, including scheduling, site arrangements and progress tracking.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records and client information.
• Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
