Job summary

COL Shutters Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Batu Caves team. You will participate in generating new business and growing the customer base, while collaborating on strategy and forecasting for sales and marketing initiatives.

The role requires a diploma in business or related fields and at least 3 years of experience, with English, Malay and Mandarin language skills. We offer an attractive salary package, performance bonuses, and various allowances.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• English is mandatory; Malay and Mandarin required to liaise with clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job description

As we are expanding further, we are looking for dedicated and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our family based in Batu Caves.

You will be responsible

to participate in generating new business & growing your customer base. To involve in sales & marketing planning which included strategy and forecasting.

You will play an important role, such as:

- Maintain a good business relationship.

- Expand market share and increase customer base.

- To formulate and implement cost effective marketing strategies.

- Conduct market research and analysis.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

- At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.

- Required language(s): English (Mandatory), Malay & Mandarin as candidates are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- At least 3 years relevant working experiences.

We are located in Batu Caves, Malaysia to produce high quality roller shutters and their related accessories such as fire shutter, transparent roller shutter, polycarbonate roller shutter and others to meet the stringent demands of our clients, mainly supplying to government, banks, developers, shopping malls, chain-links and export markets. We have a team of highly motivated, experienced engineers and technicians who are more than capable of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of the products and services provided by us. They are also well trained in the art of installation, as a perfect installation is the key to a worry free product experience. We can guarantee that we are able to provide around the clock maintenance and repair services to all our clients, especially during off-peak hours and during emergency periods.

We are also a registered proprietor of the Malaysian Industrial Design Registration (No.MY 02-00360) for our Perforated Pin Hole roller shutter.
