Syspex Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a driven Sales and Marketing professional. You will manage key accounts, understand client needs, and propose solutions to drive growth through visits, quotations, and timely follow-ups.

The role emphasizes solution selling across industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics sectors, with English and Mandarin communication and travel as needed. Training and mentorship are provided to accelerate career progression.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, International Sales, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Mandarin and English proficiency.
• Open to travel for client visits when required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in solution selling (industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or B2B equipment preferred).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Solution Selling – Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Customer Engagement – Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Execution – Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Account Growth – Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling with internal teams.
