• Handle sales enquiries via telephone, walk-in customers and other channels by providing accurate information on property projects and products to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in property launches, events, roadshows, exhibitions and sales gallery activities.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing strategies to effectively promote company property projects.
• Lead and manage a team of sales agents, monitor team performance and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Liaise with lawyers, purchasers and financiers to ensure timely execution of legal documentation and disbursement.
• Verify the accuracy of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation and other relevant sales documents.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and Strata Title documentation.
• Coordinate with the Credit Control Department on sales documentation, progress billing, payment reminders and collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems and ensure accurate updates of sales status in the company system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on sales performance and project progress.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
