SAN TAI PLASTIC INDUSTRY (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing professional to drive business development, analyze markets, and coordinate with production for new product launches in domestic and regional markets.

The role involves budgeting support, travel for meetings and exhibitions, and strong communication with distributors and clients. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and cross-company product collaborations for both domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to forecast future market needs.
• Follow through on all sales activities related to the domestic and regional export markets.
• Work closely with the Production departments on new product development, product launches, and promotional events.
• Prepare half-yearly and yearly budgets for Sales & Marketing advertising and promotional strategies.
• Willingness to travel locally, outstation, and overseas for Sales & Marketing activities.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

• Travel: Willingness to travel locally, outstation, and overseas for Sales & Marketing activities.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Possess at least an SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or an equivalent field.
• Language Skills: English, Malay, and proficiency in Mandarin and local dialects is a strong advantage to effectively communicate and negotiate with local distributors and regional clients.
• Key Attributes: High level of commitment, strong initiative, and a high standard of integrity.
