Job summary

Faithview Group in Malacca is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing professional to handle inquiries, campaigns, and lead generation. You will assist in marketing activities, research market trends, and support post-sales administration.

This role offers a basic salary with a competitive commission package and requires Mandarin proficiency for client communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all sales inquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, roadshows and project launches.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote projects and generate leads.
• Conduct marketing research and market analysis.
• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative matters as required by the Manager.
• Assist the sales administration department on post-sales matters to ensure SPA signing and payment collection.

Requirements

• Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Candidates must be hard-working, proactive & sales orientated
• Possess own transport
• Willing to be on duty during weekends and public holidays
