Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or related industries
• Strong Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
• Firm in Digital Marketing skills and Market Planning skills to design and implement campaigns and growth strategies
• Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competitors, and trends
• Excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client relationship management

• Manage end-to-end sales and operations for Truecare2u retail products, including coordination, orders, stock, and reporting.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, events, social content, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Be commercially driven, creative, hands-on, organized, and able to manage both sales and marketing independently.

Role Description

• The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving retail sales growth, marketing activities, event execution, and social media presence for Truecare2u.
• The role will manage the end-to-end sales and operational activities of Truecare2u retail products, including product coordination, customer engagement, order processing, sales follow-up, stock monitoring, and sales performance reporting.
• The position will also support the development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, events, social media content, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, creative, hands-on, organised, and comfortable managing both sales and marketing activities independently.
