Responsibilities

• Build good relationships with customers and in-house teams through well communication
• Coordinate daily business and new business as a joint effort between Marketing & Sales and other parties
• Visit overseas customers frequently for face-to-face meetings as a delegate of the company
• Collect information about sales trends of existing business
• Update sales forecasts monthly based on latest information from customers for purchasing and production planning
• Collect information about future business opportunities
• Transmit information about products needed to be produced to people in concern and kick off feasibility studies for development
• Carry out market research for future business opportunities and share information with other Sales & Marketing for strategy
• Negotiate price of future business and rebate of existing business
• Make Sales Business Plans for customers in charge based on collected information, typically for four to five years
• Able to take any adhoc task and responsibility at Sales & Marketing
• Logical thinking for persuading customers and strategic price setting
• Ability to follow all compliance internally and externally as per company practice and Business Plan

Job description

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams through effective communication. Sales & Marketing will coordinate daily business and new business initiatives as a joint effort across parties, and will be required to visit overseas customers frequently for face-to-face meetings as a company delegate.
