Job summary

SHEN JAI EDUCATION GROUP is seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Executive for on-site work in Ipoh. The role focuses on handling enquiries, counselling, and driving student enrolments across multiple channels.

You will represent the group at education fairs and school visits, build partnerships with schools, and support marketing campaigns to generate leads and admissions. Travel to events is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online enquiries via website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, campus visits, and telephone enquiries, providing course counselling and admissions guidance.
• Recruit prospective students and achieve enrolment targets.
• Represent the institution at school visits, education fairs, exhibitions, career talks, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain relationships with secondary schools, counsellors, and industry partners to generate student referrals and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate and support school engagement activities, campus events, and outreach programmes.
• Maintain accurate student enquiry records, follow-up activities, and admissions data within the CRM or student management system.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyse enquiry conversion rates, and monitor recruitment performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on recruitment campaigns, promotional materials, and lead generation activities.
• Support admissions processes to ensure a smooth enrolment experience for prospective students.
