Job summary

Progressive Safety Equipment Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Sales and Marketing Staff to identify and develop new customers for gas detectors and industrial safety equipment.

You will conduct visits, deliver product presentations, and demonstrations to clients, while aiming to hit monthly and annual sales targets. You will build strong relationships with customers, coordinate with technical teams for support, monitor market trends, and participate in marketing campaigns, digital efforts, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant work experience are also welcome.
• Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in industrial equipment or the oil and gas industry, is an advantage.
