Job summary

JESS Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Sales Leader to generate new leads, pitch industrial electronic repair services, and build strong client relationships. You will follow up business opportunities, prepare presentations, and report on market trends.

The role requires a proven sales track record, self-motivation, and the ability to travel monthly. Base location is the Puchong office, with opportunities for career growth and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify clients.
• Pitch goods or services to new/existing clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients.
• Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
• Provide management with market feedback and reports.
• Analyze market potential, competitors, and opportunities.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

DESCRIPTIONS

Generate New Sales Leads and Client

Identify Sales Leads, Pitch Goods or Services to New/Existing Clients.

Maintain good working relationship with new/existing clients.

Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Planning and preparing presentations.

Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

Providing management with feedback.

Analyse potential market, competitors and new business opportunity.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales report in a timely manner.

Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Having proven sales track record will be top priority

Candidates with self starter, positive attitude is required.

Equipped with result-oriented attitude.

Excellent communication skills with proactive engagement

Strong in setting and executing the strategy/plan, being strategic and yet hands-on

Possess own transport.

Need to travel to outstation on monthly basis.

Willing to work in an independent and fast pace working development

Must be able to work in Puchong Office.
