Job summary

JESS Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide onsite electrical/electronic support, install and test equipment, and promptly report on service activities. The role includes escalating complex issues to management and delivering weekly reports to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for those with industrial maintenance or CNC exposure. The position is based in Penang and requires on‑call availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in electrical/electronic environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to attend on‑call work on Saturday and Sunday.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or CNC systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support, installation, and product testing.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to management.
• Prepare and submit weekly service reports.
• Ensure timely response and service delivery to customers.
